As CTO, he leads TechSavant's technical strategy and ensures every client environment is built on a secure, resilient foundation. He has designed and deployed complex security operations centers integrating SIEM, DNS security, Azure infrastructure, and automation platforms, and has published technical work on Microsoft 365 security, SOC automation, and Azure integration.
Mark oversees TechSavant's operations, keeping service delivery efficient and clients informed at every step. With a background in project design engineering and systems engineering, he brings structure and precision to how TechSavant manages client environments. He has deep experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, ConnectWise, and enterprise workflow optimization, translating technical complexity into predictable, business-ready outcomes.
Alder leads TechSavant's engineering team, overseeing day-to-day IT operations, helpdesk performance, and system reliability. With hands-on experience across IT operations at Telnyx and WorldVue, he understands what it takes to keep business-critical systems running without interruption. Alder brings a ground-level understanding of what users need from their technology every day, and holds a Google IT Security certification with a focus on applied digital defense.
